版画展, print exhibition

I went to to the museum.

友達の友達の個展で西日暮里にて

The exhibition is by a friend of friend's of mine.

ミニマル感と静寂感が伝わる版画

Minimalism and silence touched my feeling.

生で見ると，点々一個一個がはっきり見えて

Watching the works, you can see each of point. of lines 

少し離れてみると，ぼやーんと雰囲気かもし出す。でもフォーカスすると一個一個は点々

When you step back, points become unclear line and make a paticular atmosphere, but when forcusing, the line become points

一つ一つの点が，葉なり木なりを構成してるのが感じられた

I felt that each of points form the trees and leves.

ふと，思った

I thought

水素，酸素，炭素の各元素が，人間も木々も形作られてて

Hifrogen, oxygen, carbon, and so on, each of the atom forms human beings and trees.

それらは主張しないけど，フォーカスすれば確実に存在してる

They don't exist with strong figure lines, but for sure, they are inside of us.

そうやって，奥行きをもって見る

The leaf with sunshine
日の光をいっぱいに浴びる，葉っぱ



Today was really wonderful sunny day.
I  walked around near my lab.
I found some lively trees, flowers, leaves and so on...
Especially, I like leaves with sunshine. It makes me powerful.
I can feel force of nature, that is life.

あまりの天気のよさに，散歩
木も花も葉も生き生きしてた
特に日の光を浴びた葉は，力強かった
生命力を感じた。

It's a small world. 世間は狭い。

My cousin was looking for his friend in Italy.
They kept in touch some years ago.
But, recently  he had no idea where she is.
Then, he asked me if my girl friend knows somthing about his friend.
Few information are her name and her husband name.
Then, I asked my girl friends.
And then what happened?
She found the husband in the Internet and his address!!!!!!
Unbelievable!! 

いとこがイタリア人の友達を探していた。
二人は，大分前は連絡を取り合っていた。
でも，最近は音信普通であったため，どこにいるのかわからない。
そこで，うちの彼女が何か情報を持っていないかということを，聞いてみた。
唯一の情報は，彼女の名前と夫の名前。
この二つの情報をうちの彼女に聞いてみたた。
で，どうなったか？
見つけおった！！！！
信じられん！！！！

Tears flew down the cheeks. 久々に涙した。

I saw "Tsukubai" in Ryouanji yesterday.
   Four Kanjis are written on it, "Ware-Tada-Taruwo-siru" sent by a vice-Shogun "Mitsukuni Mito" in 17 century. It means that "I know I'm sattisfied."literally in short , and in detail the person who knows to be satisfied is happy even if he/she is poor, but the person who doesn't know to be satisfied is unhappy even if he/she is rich.
   On the other hand, another saying is written by John Stuart Mill. It is that "it is better to be Socrates dissatisfied than a fool satisfied" in 19 century. 
  They are very similar to each other. There are big differences about diefferent age and country, but the meaning is almost the same.
  I can understand because my life is just a trivial thing and very thin if I am an epicurean. This I don't like. I am not interested in such a life.

  昨日竜安寺のつくばいを見てきた。
  四つの感じが書かれていて，”吾唯足るを知る”という文字が彫ってあり，水戸光圀から送られた（１７世紀）。簡単に訳すと，”私は満たされていることを知っている。”，もっと解釈すると，満たされることを知っているものは，貧しくても幸せであり，満たされることを知らないものは，豊かでも不幸せである。ということらしい。
  一方，ジョン・スチュアート・ミルはこんなことをいっている。”満足なあほよりも，不満足なソクラテスであるほうがいい。”
 時代と場所は，まったく違うけど，いってることはほとんど一緒だね。
 よくわかる。快楽主義者だったら，人生が単なるくだらない，薄っぺらいものになる。そんなの面白くもなんともない。
