clannの新メニュー開発日記。
アップルスティックを開発した。 アップルパイのパイ生地の変わりに 春巻きの皮を使うアイデア。 カロリーを抑えると共に，アップルパイのように崩す必要なく， 棒状だから食べやすい。フライだけど，春巻きだから油はそれほどすわない。 味は，外はさっくり，なかはしっとり。 林檎に杏のジャムを加え味に奥行きを持たせた。 口に甘酸っぱいのが広がり， 土曜日のためし売りはまずまずの評判だったが，，，，， 月曜日，スタッフのえみが作った方がうまかった。 ずぇんずぇんうまかった。。。 火曜日は，雨が降った。 2007/06/26(Tue) 14:53:35
